Ian has been on the Committee of the Junior side for more than 15 years and ascended to the position of President there in the summer of 2010 after several years as Vice President. Ian is also President of the Community Club and in this role manages both the Executive Committee and the affairs of the Club and has been responsible for driving forward the quest for improved playing and changing facilities.

Jim started off in the youth section as a coach in 2000 along with Mark Campbell taking their first team at Under 9s. After a year together and finding themselves with almost 30 players at 2 age groups they started another two teams Mark taking the younger ones and Michael Dolan taking a team at the same age as Jim giving the club a total of 5 teams. In 2001 Jim took on the position as Blackburn United Youth Football Club President and stayed in that position until they merged with the Juniors. He is now the Clubs Vice President, Club Development Officer and Child Protection Officer.

Angela has been treasurer for Blackburn United CFC since August 2003. Angela assisted in the administration of the 1993 team for a number of years, she currently carries out the administration and running of the Soccer School and has for the last 4 years. In 2010 she also became a committee member of Blackburn United Juniors team and is responsible for the hospitality and organising fundraising for the club.

Brian played for Blackburn Utd at both youth and Junior Level where he captained the team for 4 years. Brian started coaching the kids with Mark and when injury forced retirement from the game Brian focused on the coaching. He along with Mark took the current 1993's from under 10 through to the present under21 team. Winning the treble at under 16s and under 19s was their greatest achievement along with winning back to back titles at under 15s and under 16s.

Brian was assistant to Mark for 2 years at the Juniors before taking up his current role of Coach Development officer. Brian is an SFA Youth Level 4 coach and holds his Coerver Diploma. Currently he takes the Soccer School Under 9s and Under 21s
